PAM8610 Amplifier test

I wanted to have a small, good quality amplifier module with an onboard volume control. I'm afraid this not the one I was looking for. It has a very noticeable noise level. Modifying Wemos Relay shield

Wemos Relay Shiled was connected to digital pin D1, that is also busy when using I2C connections. So you need to modify the shield. The pin in the shield is pulled to ground, so I do not recommend to use D3, D4 pins (however it will likely also work fine).

The board power is controlled by a 4409 MOSFET chip. 4409 is a P-channel MOSFET crystal. The positive power supply of this audio power amplifier board is connected to the Source of 4409, the internal IC power supply is connected to the Drain of 4409, one end of the switch is grounded, and the other end is connected to a resistor to the Gate of 4409. Because there is a diode inside the 4409 chip, the positive pole of the diode is connected to the Drain of 4409 (that is, the internal IC power supply), and the negative pole of the diode is connected to the Source of the 4409 (that is, the positive power supply). Therefore, if the power supply is reversed , it becomes that the IC power supply is directly reversed (the switch will be turned on or off), and it will burn out directly. The reason why the Bluetooth module didn't burn out was because it passed through the step-down chip, and the chip should have a reverse polarity protection device, so it wasn't damaged.

I was actually wondering what was supposed to be on the opposite wire end if there was a J-hook on one end. There are three options that make sense: hook-to-hook, hook-to-alligator clip, hook-to banana jack. To me the last option makes more sense if the hook is connected to a multimeter since the first two options of the three assume bridging parts of a circuit and I'm not too sure if that can be very useful.

You are right, but I like to use alligator clips connecting to multimeter probes. Also lots of alligator clips can be connected into one.

Please let me know if there is anything salutation? Thanks

I believe you need to short some sides. You need to determine which part should be shortened and calculate the new length. Disassemble the bed. Before you do the cut, you need to figure out how to you will reproduce the end-joint. It differs in every makes. Do the cut, and reproduce the end-joint. (You will also need to reduce the size of the mattress, that alone can be tricky. I would use a retractable utility knife for that.)

@@tabbicooks337 You might want to make some test holes on some scrap piece of wood laying around to practice you tools. Wood is a great material to work with, you can often fix errors on it. E.g. plugging exiting holes and re-drill them. You have to trust in yourself! :)
